Heard our "First Meenister" McConnell saying the bid, if successful, would be of benefit for all of Scotland.
I fail to see how NE Scotland would benefit.
Unless he was talking about the Central Belt.

a scottish commonwealth games would do more benefit for the north east of scotland than a commonwealth games in the falkland islands surely?
