Thursday 8th May will see the 75th anniversary of aviation in Inverness. To mark the occassion 2 vintage a/c will visit the airport on route to Kirkwall. ( this being the first route from inverness 75 years ago)
The a/c used on the first route was a DH.60 Moth G-AAWO flowen by Ted Fresson, this a/c will be one of the vistors along with a de Havilland Dragon Rapide.
Anyone any more info on arrival times ect....they are both flying up from Englandshire....just hope the make it...
