Sterling have became the latest airline to go bust - they ceased operations this morning.
Shame, they were quite a good airline to fly with. Were they still operating from EDI over the winter?

This latest casualty is bound to send shockwaves throughout the industry, Sterling was a very long established airline, I flew Sterling Airways ex the old Turnhouse terminal at EDI as long ago as 1971 (Sud Caravelle) and 1972 (Lockheed-188 Electra), on the summer Wednesdays only flight to Copenhagen which they operated for the National Union of Students.
